Crock Pot Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3-4 # Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 15 oz Salsa
  • 1 can Corn, drained
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker.
2. Cover with beans, corn and salsa.
3. Cook on high 5 hours until chicken is done.
4. Remove chicken and shred.
5. Return to crock pot, stir together.
6. Serve over rice with dollop of sour cream.
