2 C crushed sour cream and onion chips
1 egg
2 TBS milk
6 chicken breast filets cut into 1 1/2 in cubes
1/3 C melted butter

Step 1

Combine milk and egg. Dredge chicken in egg mixture. Coat with potato chips. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes
