Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 (1.3 oz.) chocolate-covered toffee bars, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
At medium speed, beat butter, sugar and honey until light and fluffy.
In small bowl, combine flour, vanilla and baking powder.
At low speed, add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and blend well. Stir in chopped pecans and chopped toffee bars.
Press into a 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool in pan on a rack. Cut into 4 x 2-inch bars. Decorate with white and semisweet chocolate curls. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
