Ingredients

    package Oreos

  • ¼

    cup butter melted

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 4

    packages of cream cheese (8 oz each package)

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 4

    eggs

  • 13

    x9 inch pan lined with foil

Directions

1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees 2. Separate Oreos 30 for bottom crust; 20 for cream cheese mix and topping 3. Ground Oreos in food processor, keeping in separate bowls 4. Add melted butter to 30 Oreos, mix well 5. Press mixture into bottom of pan with lined foil 6. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer 7. Gently stir 3/4 of grounded Oreos 8. Pour mixture onto crust in pan 9. Sprinkle remaining grounded Oreos on top 10. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until center is set. 11. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours 12. Cut into squares
