Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. turkey drippings
- 2 cups turkey or chicken broth or water
- 2 Tbsp. Argo Corn Starch
- 1/4 cup cold water or milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1
SKim off all but 2 tablespoons fat from drippings in roasting pan. Stir in broth or water. Cook over medium heat, stirring to loosen browned bits. Remove from heat.
In small bowl stir corn starch and 1/4 cup cold water or milk until smooth. Stir into roasting pan. Stirring constantly. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Season to taste.
*Drain off fat by placing in freezer and letting in rise to top or by using measuring cup that drains off drippings and leaves fat.
