BACON CHEESEBURGER ROLL UPS

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 6 bacon strips diced
• 1/2 C chopped onion
• 8 OZ velveeta cubed
• 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
• 1/2 C ketchup
• 1/4 C mustard

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook beef, bacon, and onion over medium heat until meat is done. Add cheese, ketchup and mustard. Cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Flatten each biscuit into 5 inch circle. Spoon 1/3 C mixture onto each biscuit. Fold up sides and ends. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
