Ingredients
- 3 c baking mix (Bisquick)
- 1 c white sugar
- 2-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 c yellow cornmeal
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 c milk
- 1 c butter, melted
- 2 c frozen corn kernels, thawed (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine baking mix, sugar, baking powder and cornmeal. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and melted butter until creamy. Stir in the flour mixture until blended. Fold in corn. Pour mixture into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in center.
