Ingredients
- 1 lb Anna Spaghetti
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta
- 1 cup Cento Grated Romano Cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to instructions on package. Drain spaghetti; add eggs, ricotta, mozzarella and romano cheese and mix well. In large frying pan, heat oil; add pasta mixture to pan. Allow to cook undisturbed until browned, about 10 minutes. Flip pasta, and repeat browning.
