Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup margarine at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 TBLSP chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 to 3 TBLSP milk
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl beat cream cheese with butter and sour cream until smooth. Stir in parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Thin with milk, if necessary.
Serve with Rye Snack Sticks, vegetables, or crackers.
