  • 1 C FLOUR
  • 1/2 C MELTED BUTTER
  • 2 T SUGAR
  • 1/2 C CHOPPED PEACNS
  • LAYER TWO
  • 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE, ROOM TEMP
  • 1 C POWDERED SUGAR
  • 1 C COOL WHIP
  • LAYER THREE
  • 1 SMALL PACKAGE COCONUT CREAM INSTANT PUDDING
  • 1/2 C MILK

Preparation

Step 1

MIX CRUST INGREDIENTS TOGETHER ANS PAT IN 8X8 PAN, BAKE AT 350* UNTIL IT BEGINS TO TURN GOLDEN BROWN. DO NOT OVERBAKE.COOL.
BEAT TOGETHER LAYER TWO INGREDIENTS AND SPREAD ONTO COOLED CRUST.
MIX TOGETHER LAYER THREE INGREDIENTS. SPREAD ON TOP OF CREAN CHEEASE LAYER. TOP WITH REMAINING COOL WHIP AND TOASTED COCONUT IF DESIRED.
