Ingredients

  • 2 tea cinnamon
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tea baking powder
  • 1/2 tea baking soda
  • 1/2 tea kosher salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 2 tea vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup sugar and cinnamon. Mix really well and set aside
Generously spray mini bundt pan. Sprinkle the pan with some of the cinnamon and sugar.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Beat just butter on medium speed for 1 minute. Add white sugar and mix for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Scrape bowl and then mix in brown sugar. Mix for 2 minutes. Add eggs 1 at a time, and beat each 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture alternating with sour cream; beat well.
Spread half the dough in each bundt then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Spread rest of batter on top of each bundt. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and sugar. Cook 13 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and then turn out on rack too cool.
