KITCHEN KNEADS’ WHEAT/WHITE BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup wheat gluten
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 5 cups hot water
  • 2 TBL yeast
  • 1 TBL salt

Preparation

Step 1

¼ cup honey, ¼ cup oil, ½ c. gluten
1 Tbl. Salt, 5 cups warm water

Add 6 cups flour (wheat first if making half and half) .Mix
For 2 minutes

Add 2 Tbl. Yeast and around 6 more cups flour. Mix for 10 mintues on slow speed. Divide into 5 loaves and put into pans. Let rise for approx. 30 minutes. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
