Ingredients
- 2 cups raw Spanish peanuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a heavy medium skillet,cook peanuts,sugar and water over medium heat until all liquid is absorbed and peanuts are coated with sugar (about 20 minutes) Sprinkle with salt.
3 Transfer to greased jellyroll pan.
4 Bake 10 minutes,stirring after 5 minutes.
5 Spread on aluminum foil to cool.
6 Store in airtight container.
