Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or Canola oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Garlic powder
- 1 Parsley flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Dip potatoes in oil
Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley flakes.
Place in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until browned.
