Ingredients
- 2 Jars Hearts of Palm cut into 1/2 inch rounds
- 2 Avocados (ripe) cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 Large Tomato Seeded
- 1 Small Onion fine diced
- 1 head Romain
- 1 bunch parsely for garnish
- Dressing
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 T Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 T EVOO
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1/2 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients but the avocado.
Make the dressing and pour over the ingredients and mix well. Then add the avocado and gently combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place one romain leave on each plate and serve the salad on the lettus. Garnish with chopped parsely.
