CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN from Dorris 10/30/13

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( cut into chunks)
  • 6 slices process cheese
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cram of chicken soup undiluted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup instant stuffing mix (or make your own)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine. Use 13” X 9” pan or dish

Preparation

Step 1

Spread out cut chicken pieces
Place cheese slices on top
Mix soup & milk – Pour over chicken
Combine stuffing mix & butter. Sprinkle over soup mixture.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
