Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Milk
- 1 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated or dried)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the zucchini into slices. The thinner they are, the crunchier the final result will be.
2. Dip the zucchini slices into milk. In about 10-15 minutes, they should absorb a lot of the milk.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients. No need to be precise about the measurements.
4. Roll both sides of each slice once in the bread-cheese mixture.
5. Place the breaded vegetable slices on a cake rack or broiler pan.
6. Once it's full, it goes off into the oven at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes. And when they start to turn golden brown, they are done.
