Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tea baking soda
- 1 tea cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 1 tea vinegar
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 tea vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 tea vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 Grease mini bundts.
Sift flour, baking soda, and cocoa together set aside. Beat sugar and eggs together in a large bowl. In separate bowl mix oil, vinegar, food coloring and vanilla, Add to bowl of eggs and sugar and beat well. Add flour mixture and the buttermilk alternating them ending with flour.
Pour batter into pans. Bake 13 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack. Cool completely. Drizzle frosting over cakes.
