Ingredients
- 2 cans sliced pears or chunk pineapple - (15 oz ea)
- 1 can peach halves or slices - (16 oz)
- 1 can apricot halves - (16 oz)
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup sherry
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Step 1
Arrange fruit in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Melt butter over low heat, add flour and sugar, stirring until all lumps are gone. Gradually add sherry; cook over medium heat until thickened. Pour over fruit; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or 10 minutes on High in microwave.
