  • 2 cans sliced pears or chunk pineapple - (15 oz ea)
  • 1 can peach halves or slices - (16 oz)
  • 1 can apricot halves - (16 oz)
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup sherry
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange fruit in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Melt butter over low heat, add flour and sugar, stirring until all lumps are gone. Gradually add sherry; cook over medium heat until thickened. Pour over fruit; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or 10 minutes on High in microwave.
