Spicy Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti

This recipe makes quite a bit of meatballs. The leftovers could be used in meatball subs!
Ingredients
- 3 cups bread cubes
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 lb. sweet Italian pork sausage, casings removed
- 4 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated parmasean cheese
- 1/2 cup mined fresh parsley
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 t. crushed red pepper
- 1 T. salt
- 1 1/2 t. black pepper
- 3 T. EVOO
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 jars good marinara
- 2 pounds spaghetti

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the bread in a food processor and process until you have med. bread crumbs. Put the crumbs in a bowl with the milk and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add all but the last two ingredients. stir lightly with a fork to combine. Roll into two inch balls and place on baking sheets. Brush meatballs with EVOO and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Pour marinara in a large pot with the meatballs. Simmer while you prepare the spaghetti. Serve with extra cheese!
