  • 3/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 piece preserved lemon, very finely diced
  • pinch malden salt
  • fresh herbs of choice + spices to compliment herbs of choice, i.e. fresh cilantro with ground cumin, fresh basil with dried oregano, etc.

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. If adding pepper or Aleppo pepper, go cautiously!
