Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb yellow squash cut into slices
  • 1/2 C diced onions
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers crushed
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet, add squash and onion. Add salt and pepper. Cook until squash is tender and set aside.
Mix together eggs and mushroom soup Add squash mixture. Stir in sugar and crushed crackers. pour into greased baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until set
