Quick Pickled Red Onion

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 red onion, very thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first three ingredients until dissolved. Place sliced onion in glass jar. Pour mixture over onions. Refrigerate for 30 - 60 minutes.
