Apricot Glazed cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 sm. lemon jello
  • 3/4 C cooking oil
  • 3/4 C apricot nectar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1 1/2 t lemon extract
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 C apricot nectar
  • 1 C powdered sugar

Step 1

1. Mix cake mix, jello, oil and 3/4 C nectar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Then add both extracts.

2. Pour into agreased bundt pan, bake 350 deg for 50 mins.

3. Let cake rest in pan about 20 minutes before turning out onto a serving plate. Then, poke holes all over the top of the cake. Mix topping ingredients together, pour slowly over entire cake, allowing it to seap into holes.
