Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 (10") angel food cake
  • 2 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (8oz) container cool whip, thawed
  • 1 qt fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (18oz) jar strawberry glaze

Preparation

Step 1

1. Crumble the angel food cake into a 13x9" baking dish.

2. In a medium bowl, cream cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Mash the cake crumbles with your hand and spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake.

3. Combine the strawberries and glaze in a bowl until well coated. Spread over cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
