Hard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 c. rum or brandy
  • 1/2 c. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place sugar, salt and rum. Place butter on top and microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes.

Beat on highest speed of mixer until smooth. Sauce will be soft and creamy after beating.
