Chocolate Blender Ganache

love this. Cheaper for me to make than ganache. Although ganache is soooo good.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz unsweetened chocolate or baker's chocolate
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

You need a blender for this to work. Melt the chocolate, I do it in a double broiler. In the blender pulse the milk and sugar until the sugar is dissolved completely. Then add the melted chocolate. Run the blender until it makes a sucking sound. The mixture will be thick and it gets thicker as it cools. Don't put in fridge.

I
