Grilled Maple Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp. Minced fresh ginger
  • 4 slices Pineapple (fresh if possible)
  • 4 4-6 oz Salmon fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat a lightly oiled grill to medium-hot

In a bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard & ginger. Generously brush pineapple slices with mixture & then salmon.

Place salmon on grill and brush again with marinade. Grill pineapple for 2-4 minutes per side. Grill salmon for 3-5 minutes per side, or just until cooked through. Serve salmon topped with pineapple slice.
