Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can gandules
- 2 packets sazon
- 1 tablespoon sofrito
- 3 cups rice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all ingredients into pot and bring to a boil at high heat.
2. After water is soaked, lower flame.
3. Turn rice several times until tender.
