Ingredients
- 1/4 C Oreos, crushed (18)
- 1/4 C Butter, melted
- 14 oz Eagle Brand milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 C mini chocolate chips
- 1 T flour
- 3 cream cheese pkgs
- 1 C sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine crumbs and melted butter. Pat on bottom of 9" springform pan.
2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle brand milk til smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
3. In small bowl, toss together 1/2 C chocolate chips with flour to coat chips. Stir chips into cheese mixture. Pour into pan and sprinkle top with remaining chips.
4. Bake 450 deg 10 mins then 300 deg for 55 mins more. Cake springs back when lightly touched.
5. Cool 15 mins., loosen sides of cake. Cool 30 mins. more, remove sides of pan. Chill 2 hours.
