Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 oz) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
- 1 peppermint candy cane, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Microwave chocolate in a small microwaveable bowl as directed on box until completely melted. Stir in extract
Dip crackers into chocolate, completely coating. Carefully scrape off extra chocolate.
Place on wax paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle candy cane over.
Refrigerate 30 mins or until firm.
