Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1/3 potato(es), sweet, use approx 5" long potato
  • 1/4 tablespoon oil, olive

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Wash sweet potatoes and cut horizontally into 1/4"-1/2" slices.

Pour olive oil over slices and sprinkle on garlic salt (if desired). Toss to coat.
Place slices on ungreased baking sheet, as close to one layer as possible, and bake for 15-25 minutes, until light brown and/or the desired tenderness. Serve immediately.
