Ingredients
- Pecan Topping:
- 3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tbs melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter,vanilla and milk. Spoon into casserole dish. cover with Pecan Topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Pecan Topping:
Combine ingredients, mix well. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture before baking.
