Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Canada Gold Whisky
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- Splash vanilla
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients, marinate steak for minimum 1 hour, refrigerated. When ready to grill, reserve the marinade, bring to a boil and reduce to half. Then use to brush on steaks near the end of the grilling process, being careful to avoid burning sugars.
