Ingredients
- 1 lrg onion, ground
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 2 garlic cloves ground
- 1/2 bell pepper ground
- 2 ribs celery ground
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 10 3/4oz can cream of celery soup
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 lb coursely ground crawfish tails
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 tsp blk pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup milk
- double crust for 10 inch pie

Preparation
Step 1
saute onion, garlic, pepper & celery in butter until limp. add soup, tomato sauce, crawfish & parsley. cook slowly for 10 min. turn off heat. add bread crumbs, salt, pepper & egg. add milk and mix well. for 10 inch pie, bake in double crust for 35-40 minutes @ 350.
