Ingredients

  • 1 lrg onion, ground
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 2 garlic cloves ground
  • 1/2 bell pepper ground
  • 2 ribs celery ground
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 10 3/4oz can cream of celery soup
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 lb coursely ground crawfish tails
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp blk pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • double crust for 10 inch pie

Preparation

Step 1

saute onion, garlic, pepper & celery in butter until limp. add soup, tomato sauce, crawfish & parsley. cook slowly for 10 min. turn off heat. add bread crumbs, salt, pepper & egg. add milk and mix well. for 10 inch pie, bake in double crust for 35-40 minutes @ 350.
