Ingredients
- 2 lb Red-skinned potatoes cut into quarters
- 3/4 cup Kraft Classic Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup Roasted red peppers
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in boiling water 10-12 minutes or until fork tender. Drain
Pour dressing over potatoes in large bowl
Add cheese, parsley and peppers. Toss lightly. Serve warm or chilled.
