Ingredients
- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, halved, seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine with a fork. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to marry.
