BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) can beef broth
  • 3 lbs boneless pork ribs
  • 1 (18oz) bottle barbeque sauce

Step 1

Pour broth in to slow cookier, add boneless pork ribs. Cook on high for hours or until meat easily shreds. Remove meat and shred with two forks. It will seem like its not working right away, but it will.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and transfer the shredded pork toa dutch oven or iron skilled and stir in barbeque sauce. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
