Broccoli Slaw / Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 pkg. grated Broccoli slaw
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup cranraisins
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 cup fat free mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar (I use rice vinegar)
  • 2 Tablespoons Splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

Drain your pineapple juice and add the pineapple to a bowl, along with the slaw, almonds, cranraisins, and diced apple.

Combine your dressing ingredients and add to the above. Chill for 2 - 3 hours before serving.
