- 1 CUP KETCHUP
- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 1/4 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- JUICE OF 2 LEMONS
- 1 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1 TSP KOSHER SALT
- 1 SMALL ONION MINCED
- 1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, WHISK IN SAUCE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL IT BEGINS TO BOIL, REDUCE HEAT TO LOW, SIMMER 1 HOUR.
