Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 C. powdered sugar
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C. heavy cream, whipped +2 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- 1/4 C. sugar
- assorted fruit-blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
Preparation
Step 1
Whip Cream, adding 2 tsp. sugar. Chill.
In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; mix well.
Reserve 2 T. graham crackers crumbs.
Distribute 1/2 of crumb mixture eventuly over bottom of 6-8 parfait glasses.
Layer 1/2 of blueberries over crumbs, then 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over berries. Repeat layers. Top with reserved crumbs.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
