Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 can kernel corn, drained
- 1 pkg. mashed potatoes
- 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onions until done; drain. Drain corn and add to beef. Pour into 9x13-inch casserole dish. Make mashed potatoes according to package directions. Spread over mixture and pour shredded cheese on top. Heat at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
