- 1/2 c butternut squash chunks
- 2 tbsp One-Carrot Gold Puree

Step 1
Steam large butternut squash pieces for 25 minutes to soften and loosen the skin. When cool enough to handle, remove skin from squash and cut into 2-inch cubes. Add squash to blender and puree until desired consistency is reached. Combine 2 tbsp of resulting butternut squash puree with carrot puree and serve.
