Squash-Apple-Pear Medley

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c peeled butternut squash chunks
  • 1/4 c water
  • 2 tbsp Enchanting Apple
  • 2 tbsp Sparkling Pear Puree

Preparation

Step 1

Combine squash and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir while cooking to ensure that squash cooks evenly. Cook until tender, 8-10 minutes. Transfer squash to a food processor or blender. Puree, using reserved cooking water as necessary to achieve age-appropriate consistency. Combine squash with Enchanting Apple puree and Sparkling Pear Puree.
