Ingredients
- 9 x13pan
- 6 cups of shredded zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 bag of stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm bag)
- 1 can of celery soup
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cook zucchini, carrots, onion until tender. Put stuffing mix into the zucchini, carrots, onion and mix. Put celery soup in, and 8 oz of sour cream. Place ingredients into pan, put butter on top and bake until the top is golden brown.
