Turkey Rice Soup (Slow Cooker) (Leftover bird)

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 cups diced turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Leftover gravy or combined with chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and celery in oil until translucent.

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, adding gravy and/or broth until consistency you want.

Cover and cook on low for at least 2 hours until heated through.
