Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cups diced turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- Leftover gravy or combined with chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in oil until translucent.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, adding gravy and/or broth until consistency you want.
Cover and cook on low for at least 2 hours until heated through.
