Ingredients

- 1 10OZ SHORTBREAD COOKIES, FINELY CRUSHED
- 1 T SUGAR
- 1/4 C BUTTER, SOFTENED
- FILLING
- 2 8OZ CREAM CHEESE
- 3 EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1 8OZ SOUR CREAM
- 1 C SUGAR
- 2 T FLOUR
- 2 t VANILLA
- 1/2 t CINNAMON
- TOPPING
- 1 t SUGAR
- 1/2 t CINNAMON
Preparation
Step 1
ALLOW CREAM CHEESE AND EGGS TO STAND AT ROOM TEMP FOR 30 MINUTES.
MEANWHILE, PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*.STIR TOGETHER COOKIES AND SUGAR. STIR IN BTUUER . PRESS IN BOTTOM AND SIDES OF 9" SPRINGFORM PAN.
IN LARGE BOWL MIX FILLING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH.POUR INTO PAN SPREADING EVENLY. SPRINKLE WITH TOPPING MIX. PLACE PAN IN A SHALLOW BAKING DISH.
BAKE 40-50 MINUTES OR UNTIL IT APPEARS SET WHEN GENTLY SHAKEN. COOL IN PAN 15 MINUTES. USING KN IFE, LOOSEN CRUST FROM SIDES OF PAN. COOL 30 MINUTES. REMOVE SIDES OF PAN, COOL COMPLETELY ON WIRE RACK. COVER AND CHILL AT LEAST 4 HOURS.
