Woodford Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 C Apricot Preserves
  • 1 T Milk
  • 1 t Baking Powder
  • 2 t Cinnamon
  • 1 C Flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter with sugar. Add one egg at a time, beat thoroughly after each.

2. Stir in preserves and milk. Then sift all dry ingredients together, and add to wet mixture.

3. Bake in a wax paper lined 8 x 8 square pan at 325 deg. 55 min to 1 hour 15 mins until done.
