Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 sticks cold butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix the whole milk and vinegar together to create the buttermilk.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Sift all. Place half the dry ingredients into a food processor. Slice the butter sticks in several pieces. Place all the butter into the food processor. Pulse until all the butter is incorporated into the flour. Transfer back to the rest of the flour in the bowl. Mix.
Set aside 2 tbsp. of buttermilk for brushing. Add the buttermilk and mix into the flour until a dough ball is formed. Flour the board. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until 1" thick. Using a biscuit cutter, cut several biscuits until the dough is finished.
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Transfer biscuits to the sheet. Brush tops of the biscuits with buttermilk.
Bake in a 450 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
